I was looking on the Subthump site and it mentioned that they had a flush mount box made specifically to fit the JL 10w7 in my C5. Perfect. The only problem is the order area didn't have it listed. No problem I thought, I'll just email them and find out how to go about ordering one. No response. So I emailed them again. Still no response.
Has anyone dealt with them before? I don't understand why a company wouldn't answer a customers request for information. Can anyone see the place on their web site to order this box that I might have missed?

Jason (nvthis) and I can help you.
Jason builds the sub boxes for me I have on my website.
I have dealt with Steve from Sub-thump many times with both my 2002 Z28 and my vette and he has always been very responsive. Have you ever thought maybe the guy is on vacation? Last week was one of the most popular vacation weeks.

I actually started trying to contact them in March so unless he's been on a really long vacation I don't think that's it. Is Subthump a one man operation? Is the email link on the website a good one?

I purchased my sub boxes, amp rack and amp cover from Steve at the end of April so I guess that rules out the vacation thing. I believe he is a one man show, yes. I think he might have/had people building boxes for him but I think he is the only one answering emails. The address I have always used is sales@subthump.com
My guess is your emails are getting stuck in his spam filter for whatever reason. I just checked my emails and I did chat with him in May of the this year. PM my your email address and I'll forward it to Steve if you want since I know my emails get through.
here... I bought my 10w7 box from subthump when they first come out and never installed it. I just listed it on ebay, but I Will sell it to u for $200 + shipping and thats what i paid for it.
