C4 Subwoofer interface to Bose
I have a 94 w/ factory Bose. Ultimately I will be going to after market system. In the meantime, I have an old Alpine mono amp and a 10" sub that's been sitting on the shelf from one of my former rides.
I was thinking about building a enclosed box and tapping off left and right rear factory speaker w/ interface that adjusts cross over htz and hooking up to sub amplifier. I did this with other cars but they were typical 4 ohms system.
Would same hook up work with Bose 2 ohm system?

Trying to take the signal from the output of the bose amps will require signal conditioning and impedance matching and just doesn't make any sense anyway since you don't need the rear speakers once you add the sub.
