Ebay. I've found many of the online retailers also sell on ebay for cheaper prices. Just buy it now. I bought my last 2 stereo setups that way. I plan to do it again for my new truck.

There is a set on there BUT the seller has only been on there for a few weeks and only 3 or 4 sales. Not enough feedback for me. Will keep watching?
I have had nothng but good experiences with Sonic but they are grey market for 90% of the stuff they sell. As long as you understand that going in your fine. Rememeber, grey market just means they are not "authorized" to sell most of the brands they carry. They are still 100% new, original products.
If you get something expensive from an 'other than authorized' dealer and are concerned about the warranty, check out SquareTrade.com, they'll cover just about anything at a decent price. Blue, green, GREY, even used electronics off of ebay.
I recently bought one of their three year policies for my new amp (purchased on ebay), and they sent me a coupon code for 50% off my next warranty

I have one on both my DNX5120 and DNX6140 The only problem is they spam you to death!
I have used sonic for my Polk MM's, Kenwood 6140, and I am getting ready to buy a JL 10w3-4 from them.
The stuff is new and legit but they are not authorized. That doesnt bother me. I can't remember the last time I had any kind of electronic equipment fail on me that required using the warranty.
I do. It's an original ipod color. It's been on my dashboard, dropped, kept in a hot car... Not a lick of trouble and holds a charge like a champ. I wish it would break, I want a new one!
