Default Pioneer Nav upgrade

I stopped by the audio store in Richmond the other day looking at the Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT. I have an 09 coupe. I have the base headunit currently. How do I upgrade the system using only the current six speaker locations? I want everything hidden so I am not interested in external speaker boxes or amps mounted in the cargo area. I like the amount of bass and midrange in the current system. I need crisper highs and tighter lows out of the new system. I want to keep the steering wheel controls for the Bluetooth and the radio if at all possible. I also would like a smooth kit from Metra not the pebbled grain kit I have seen on some aftermarket installs. Looking for answers from guys in the know. Thanks in advance for your help.

Crisper highs = replace 3.5" twiddlers in the doors.

Tighter lows = external sub.

Pebbled adapter ring + sandpaper = smooth adapter ring

Since you want everything stealth, if I were you I'd wait to see what Rick comes up with (click here). He has a package in the works that uses a small aftermarker amp in the stock amps location.

Other than that, 99% of what you need to know for a DIY install can be found here or here.

I have the Z110BT I my daily driver with it driving two Rockford Fosgate Power Series amps and the sound quality out of that head unit is unreal. I like the unit so much I just bought another one for my Z06 you wont be disapponted.
