Default Bluetooth Connectivity Help

Hey All,

I'm having a problem with the Bluetooth in my C6 dropping connectivity with my cell phone. At times, when I use the controls on the steering wheel to dial a name tag via my cell phone (which should be connected via bluetooth on my phone), I get a connection through OnStar. Other times it connects to my phone via bluetooth, but after a couple of minutes the bluetooth connection drops. My phone still has the other party on the line. The call is not dropped.

I have an AT&T HTC Fuze. The phone is connected to the powerpoint under the middle console when I'm driving.

When I connect the phone to my Motorolla bluetooth headset - no problems.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue, apart from changing the head unit?

BTW, the same thing happened with my last phone (AT&T Tilt).

Thanks.

Did you ever get a fix for this?

Unfortunately, no. Seems like the HTC Fuze is not on the compatible device list on GM / Chevy's website. The only fix would be to change the HU to one with built in Bluetooth.
