I received an email from Peripheral tech support recommending the OS-2 Bose to interface a Kenwood DNX8120 to an '08 coupe with Bose and On-star. The OS-2 Bose looks like the GMAH24B, and the instructions are similar. Are these units identical?
They are identical per Peripheral. Here's an email reply I received from Peripheral:
Thank you for the inquiry. The GMAH24 is the OS-2. Before the merger, we were rebranding the OS-2 in a different casing as the GMAH24. Since the merger, the GMAH24 will eventually no longer exist and only be sold as the OS-2.
