Default Ipod2car help.

First off I tried the search and now I am more confused...lol
I have a 2002 C5 with the rear 6 cd changer and I want to remove it and install my Ipod Nano 5th gen, I have read a number of things on here and got confused, Do I need a harness seeing I have the changer? Or do I only need the ipod2car unit?
Any help on what I might need would really be appreciated.
I thought I only needed the iPod2Car - PXDP?
Also will this unit charge the Nano 5th gen when plugged in?
Thanks in advance.

The Ipod2car connects to the CD-changer cable, in place of the changer. I have the installation instructions (version rm02.21.05) on a PDF file. If you want it, PM your email address, and I'll send it along.
