Are you going too use the original radio/stereo system? How may speakers do you want too power? If you replace the factory system, go listen too various speakers at a car audio place, and take your own CD with you. Your ears will tell you what is good, better and best. Your amp location is pretty well restricted to the rear area. Will you use a sub? Battery is not the issue, the alternator should be ok, but I don't know the factory rating. If your overall budget is only $150, you'll be stuck on ebay looking for bargains, but at the $400 level you can get some mid-grade speakers and an amp that was made by a known company.
