Default Clarion DVD NAV

Hey guys, thought I would start with the experts here...just doing some research as I am interested in removing the factory NAV for another unit. I see lots of stuff about Pioneer and kenwood but nothing on Clarion units? What are peoples thoughts on Clarion? Just curious to see pros and cons between these manufacturers. Thanks.

The problem I have Pierre is you know me and I am not a techno geek. I'm a HP 1/4 mile freak. But NAV and BT is important to me so I am trying to figure out if I need to spend $1300+ for a head unit? I am really leaning towards maybe the DNX8120. Provides tons of features for what I need and without breaking the bank. I was curious about Clarion because I have not read or seen anything on the Clarions and was interested in hearing the good and bad from the group if anyone had experience on these units.

The guys I use (ASD - Audio Sound Design) also carry Clarion. You should go a check it out. They are on Hwy 7 in Markham just West of Kennedy

I'll take a look at that model also Greg Thanks. I need to have the unit come up with the Corvette Flag still and I like the idea of the stereo acting as my M2W switch for the exhaust as I have seen. But NAV and BT is the main issues for me. Will see what the price differences are...

I am leaning towards the 6140 now...I think this will be more than enough for what I need without my bells and whistles. Will my steering wheel controls still work with the 6140?
