Kenwood DNX7120 Help
Found this one on ebay:

My question is: Will the brackets included work fine to make it looks as stock as possible?
Also, is there anything wlse needed? Will my stock bose speakers work fine?

What are you installing it in? C6?
I have the 7100 in my C6 and you do not need the brackets.
Again, depending on what model you are putting it in, you will need an interface made by Pac Audio
A head unit mounting kit made by Metra that fits your model.

They should at least have a way of getting them if they don't. Would likely be less cost if you aquired them yourself. I recall reading that the interface harness can be had off Amazon for around $85

Those that have OnStar need a different interface, that is all.
Call Pac Audio and verify the part you need, then search that part at Amazon to compare prices.

To keep onstar functional you'd need GMAH24B and GMAHCM
