Speakers and Amps installed (Pics)

I installed the DNX6140 last summer and it just didn't sound so great with the stock Bose. Picked up a Pair of Polk SR6500 components powered by a Alpine PDX 4.150 from Scott (simpleman68), who was kind enough to bring the equipment to my place and spent alot of the day helping me tear out the interior and ran the 4ga power for me. A job I appreciated immensly! I also added a 12" Kicker Sub, in a stealth box (jdmvette), powered Alpine PDX 1.600 I also picked up from Scott.
After some "reading" of the Kenwood manual my setup now sounds awesome to me. I couldn't be happier. Keep in mind my Vette is a vert and even with the top down the Sub makes a huge difference.
Big Thanks to Scott and we're looking forward to having you guys over for a pool party/cookout this summer!

Both amps in and putting everything back together

Was just about to send you a text to follow up and see how you're doing.
Install looks great. Its almost a shame to hide those speaker plates as they look so nice.

It was a fun day getting to spend some time with you and Pam. Danielle really enjoyed chatting with her.
Can't wait to hear it in person. And we're also looking forward to a bbq, cookout, get together when the weather warms some.
I'll be starting my install in a few weeks. Still selling a few pieces and planning on a full install with sound deadener etc. Going to need every bit I can get to quiet that beast from the interior.

I don't have any experience with amps or subs. I just thought more power to the components and seperate power for the sub would be the way to go.
