I purchased a Kicker 10" subwoofer and Kicker ZX300.1 amp and PAC interface from Subthump to use with my stock Bose head Unit for my '99 Coupe. I hardwired the amp directly to the battery and grounded the amp to a bolt on the latch assembly which is attached to the frame. I powered everything up and the stereo plays fine, but the amp does not turn on. I checked all of the fuses and they are all in tact. The is an imput on the amp for an 18 gauge wire for remote turn on. If this is the issue, where does this hook up to the interface or head unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't have anything connected to the 'remote turn on' terminal, of the amp, that's the problem.
Exactly which 'PAC interface' did you install (model number or online link) ?
The radio generates a +12v signal whenever it's on, that signal needs to be connected to the remote screw on the amp. Your new interface should have that wire available on it. It would be the wire that lines up with the dark green wire at pin 8 of the original black plug. If the interface follows 'standard' wire colors it might be blue or red on the interface harness.
The green wire reads remote turn on. I connected that wire to the remote turn on on the amp. It was also suggested to try the blue and white wire. Neither one triggered the amp to turn on.
Which interface do you have? It's hard to figure out what you need to do if we don't know what equipment you're working with
If your interface is the AOEM-Vet1 like this one, you need to connect the light green wire to the proper wire on the radio harness, then connect the blue wire to the amp trigger terminal. If you look at the large version of the first pic on that site you can almost read the instructions on the tab attached to the light green wire, I think that's what it says.
One other possible fix, if you look at post #9 of the C5 Audio FAQ thread, I explained how to find the stock trigger wire under the fuse box. That would also work.
If you didn't properly connect the light green wire and the blue wire from the vet1, that is definitely your problem. The instructions that came with it should describe where to connect the green wire.
Tapping into that circuit is pretty much the same under the fuse box or at the radio harness. Once you have that side connected somewhere, run a wire to the remote termminal on the amp and it should fire up with the radio.
Thanks for all of the suggestions. It turns out that the bolt on the rear hatch latch was not a good ground. Once I grounded the amp to the seat bolt, that did the trick. I also wired the relay to one of the 10 amp accessory fuses via an inline fuse. The new set up really kicks. The upgrade exceeded my expectations. I added Sirius satellite radio as well. Now I'm ready for my 13 hour drive to the C5/C6 birthday bash in four weeks.
