It Works!
WOW, it all works. New HU is a Kenwood X994 with Infinity Kappa speakers front and rear. No amp or sub at this time (but I did run the wires for it). Worked all weekend and everything is wired, soldered and shrink wraped. And it works, even RAP (used GMRAP. Wired into pin# 16 for Data and pin# 10 for power). Ipod works and it sounds great. I can't finish the console install because I'm still waiting on my Z06 face plate from MAP Tech, so I used the cheap plastic one just to hold the HU until get the new plate. Anyway I want to really thank markcz for his help, because I really needed Marks help in understanding the wiring. Anyway I've had 4 beers and been listening in the car till it really pissed off the wife so I've gave it up and moved inside. Now I need to reinstall the interior. Thanks for this forum. I never could have done it with out the search feature. I'll do pictures and write up soon. (When I'm sober).

I'll be doing a Kenwood DNX9140 install in the coming weeks. Hopefully I will be able to say the same.
