Specing Out My System...
Hey guys, figured I'd post up on the system I'm putting together for my C6 along with asking a few questions to guide me in the right direction.
So far, this is what I'm installing:
Headunit: Pioneer AVIC-X910BT
Door Speakers: Alpine SPR-17S (x2)
Sub/Box: JL Audio Stealthbox with JL 10W1v2-4 Sub
Amp: Alpine PDX-5
Misc: Radio adaptor harness, PAC C2R-GM24, kit and antenna
Only things left are picking out cables (?) and an amp rack... did I miss anything? Figured the rear speakers are pointless as well as the center channel.
Would love to get a custom one built by that one guy on here with the combined storage compartment but I'm not sure I can wait a few months.
Sound deadening.. not sure how crazy I need to get. I know I'm not pushing massive amounts of sound, so I'd like to keep my car as light as possible.

Without rear speakers you won't need a 5-channel amp. A 4-channel with 3/4 bridged to the sub would work.
Great sound deadening stuff at even better prices here.
This thread shows everything except that the gray wire on the TC/AH button is the dimmer wire.

Well, the amp is already bought... guess it'll run a bit cooler not being in use 100%. I have the PDX in my GTO and they get STUPID hot so I'm a bit wary on mounting it behind the seat.
