Default Skip the #GMAH24?
If I install a new radio and do not install the #GMAH24 on a base C6, what would happen? I've read the chimes won't work, but I can live without chimes for a hundred bucks. Is that the only downside?

You also lose OnStar (if you have it).

A C6 chimes module can be purchased for about $40 (GMAHCM or PAC CM1).
