I'm thinking of going with some boston acoustic speakers for my 02 Z, and was would like recommendations for a good place to order online. I'd also like a recommendation for a good head unit for under $700. Thanks =)
I like TheZeb. I have used them and they have very good customer support and pretty good pricing as well. I would not hesitate to use them again. You might even want to think about upgrading to Focals as well. I got my 165k2's for $389 shipped from TheZeb.
Thanks for the info, http://www.thezeb.com is awesome. Great prices. I ordered an audiobahn A2200HCX amp for my woofers and an A435HCX for the separates until I get a second 435HCX to have one for each side of the car. Pretty good deal on the 2200 seeing as other stores online are selling it for $800 and thezeb has it for $400.
Also ordered boston pro 6.5 components and boston rx57s. Now all i need is two 10 inch woofers. I'm in between the kicker and the jl audio. Can't figure out if I want to do 400w@2ohms or 200w@4ohms I have to choose the woofer depending on the ohms I want to use. Anyone know which is way better? Also....am I going to need a capacitor? Thanks ;)

keep in mind DVC = dual voice coil ....I would suggest dual voice coils at 4 ohms.....just a thought...
I am running 10" Eclipse 88100 DVC subs at 4 ohms. :yesnod:
these subs have magnets heavier than 18" subs....
talk about quality...aluminum cones.....
As a for a good reciever under $700, I would go for the Kenwood eXcelon 917, top of the line reciever for about $500. I have the 717 and really love it, so I'm sure the 917 is even better.
