I was chatting with a member here last night about the Bose/Nav system vs the standard single CD/MP3 stereo. He said he preferred the sound of the standard system over the Bose/Nav system, and I had to agree that the standard system sounded really good, which is why I ordered it with my new GS coming and the 2LT. Going with the 2LT and base stereo no Nav saved me almost $4K, the only thing missing is the HUD, which can be added.
He was saying that it was the Bose base system that sounded best, yet I have no idea who makes the standard radio in the 2010 since all the order guide says is there are three options: single CD/MP3, 6 CD in dash/MP3 and the Bose/Navigation system.... no other info supplied. He said to look at the speaker grills on the door, if its Bose, it will say Bose on them. But I don't have the car yet!
