I have a 1987 Vette with the Delco Bose AM/FM/Tape radio.

I have been told that later years Double Din Delco Bose AM/FM/CD, with a adapter cable are plug and play, and utilize the existing Delco Bose Speakers. I want to stay with the Delco Bose as its design matches the dashboard. Two Questions;

1. Is the above true ?

2. If this is true, what year/application used the double din Delco Bose AM/FM/CD
and where is a good place to look for such radio/cd. And what is a realistic
price to pay for such a used radio
