this one will plug into back of your radio.
remove bezel
remove radio unplug harness from radio
plug in new setup
run ipod cable
reinstall radio and bezel
45 minutes to an hour install

This one will allow you to unplug your cd changer harness
plug the new kit into it
run the cable to front of the car your done
maybe 5 minutes

you can controls both from head unit
both will charge ipod as well

I bought the harness and interface that connects into the back of the stock head unit. I got them from Dennis at D&D. (Top-shelf vendor - I highly recommend)
This setup gives you limited control of the IPOD. You won't be able to run up and down through the menu, but you will be able to forward and reverse search through an album or playlist.
