Default Sub box size???

I've got a question regarding the cubic feet of air space for a IDQ12 D4 V.3. I think I'm close enough. I hate the term BTW. Universal is .88cu. ft., small is .65, and large is 1. I was shooting for .9 but came out at .845. Am I ok? Being fed by ARC KS 500.1 Mini.Speaker displacement is .05.

use poly-fill and it will help. You got closer than my builder...he came up 0.3 ft low on my box.. and it doesn't hit too hard. I have a idq 10 d2v3. Poly-fill helped my box some but I plan on getting it re-sized.

listen it and see how it sounds.... i'll bet pretty good. post a pic if you can.

You hate the term BTW? Or you hate the term, "close enough," by-the-way (BTW). I kid, I do think you will be just fine.

I hate the term, close enough for government work. Mostly because I work for the government and it's true.

I hate the term "close enough". I'll post some pics once I'm done. Putting body filler on now to smooth everything up. Then going to paint it black to match my car. 08 ZO6
