Please help z110bt

I just had a shop install the z110bt everything worked great at first an just an houR later the sound went out then came back after 10 minutes then a week passes happens again comes back after 10 minutes last night again but this time it's not coming back there is no noise at all everything works but the sound all menus nav work fine ... I don't have the mute or ATt coming up on the screen...no noise at all like speaker poping when pluging in the RCA ...I think the amp is not turning on...

Pac OS2C, OS2CBOSE and C2R-GM24 harness all need to have the relay added.

It has the PAC0s2 Bose
Isn't the cm1 only for chime and not required ?

If I tell them that would they know what that means ? How do I explain that to them thanks

Thank you I just read the bulletin .... But why would the sound work originally is that strange or normal with this radio

Ok I'm a moron I just read the whole thing again it states "audio is heard upon installation the suddenly stops " thanks for all your help!!!!!

Exact Issue

I had the exact same issue with my install, which I did myself, and the jumper relay did the trick. I just got a relay at the local auto shop and installed it per the bullitin and all worked great.
