Default c5 front speaker install

I just got my 6.5 components and am getting ready to do the install and wanted to know the easiest way of running new 12gauge speaker wire from under the dash into the doors.

Easy, well actually it's a pain in the ****. Seriously, just start at the door speaker itself, routing the cable through the backside of the inner door panel, maing sure not to get near anything that will damage the wire. The romove the door boot, which shields the factory wirs and run the wire through the factory taped loom. Remember to allow plenty of excess to route through interior.
Next or actually before , remove the kickpanel and door sill piece. If you'll notice when the kick panel is removed, there is a rubber like flap the shields the inner cabin from where the door wire loom runs in. Just slightly move it to one side or another and pul you wire through. Then your almost home free, depending on if your running your wire to the head unit or to a mounted amplifier, just make sure not to route the wire near any moving metal parts which may inturn cut or damage the wire. Good luck and watch the knuckles.
