Working on changing the install in my ZR-1, the Nakamichi CD player quit accepting CDs, so I finished out the summer with the OEM Headunit along with my CDT 3 ways, ED EU700s and one Arc KS 300.4
this years, brings a second Arc, an Eclipse 8053 and active crossovers..
Here are some pictures:
Also mounted the headunit in the adapter
Installed the Amp rack in the car ( mostly) wiring still needs to be done
Can you post pictures of the 6.5" speaker mounted in both the passenger and drivers side door panels? Thanks
they are not mounted in the panels but in the doors, not optimum, but for the freq they play it works well. I can get a pic of the Driver side when I work on it again, door panel is currently off on that side
I didn't think the 90-96 door panels had the speaker cut outs.
I'm going to install a mid woofer there and re-cover the door panel covering the speaker with black speaker cloth so, the sound will pass through better.

Thanks, for the picture -=Jeff=-!
They don't
I pt a grill on the left then covered the panel in carpet (90-93 style panels)
on the Right side I made a 'swiss cheese' grill with my drill, carpeted the panel there too.
in my 89 I did something similar but used Grill cloth.. these were my first pass from the 89 and reused on the 90
I have 94-96 panels I need to figure out how to make work
