Please Check My Wiring

Been out of car audio for a while and decided to start installing my double din unit,amp and 2 way components just wanted to check and make sure i'm headed in right direction. Connecting kenwood 7140 and using GM harness, 12V constant(yellow) connected, and Grounds connected along with parking brake(bypass).12V accessory(red) from kenwood harness will be hooked to yellow in passenger footwell. Illumination will be hooked to HVAC(creme), and Remote(blue/white)will be connected to amp Arc Audio. Purple and white(reverse) will be tapped in reverse light. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the same trick with the light green parking brake wire--then could not get the radio to turn off--had to hook up to the actual parking brake switch to make it work
