Yeah,I know I'm beating a dead horse here. I'm putting the amp on the back wall of my coupe. I've read in a couple of posts and the sticky that you can ground using one of the screws that holds down the rear cubby holes to the frame. Is this really a sufficient ground?
Anything that attaches directly to the frame is good. I don't remember anything in the bins back there, unless you're talking about the hatch storage pieces.
Many others have run the ground wire through the wall and attached it directly to the rear bumper. Theres a factory bolt behind the inner passenger brake light housing IIRC, or just drill a new hole.
I actually went against all rules on this install, but in the end it worked out well. You Normally arent supposed to have a ground too long, but I went longer to get a ground that wasnt too hard to get to . Pm me if you have any questions
I just mounted an Amp on the rear wall of a coupe and used the screw that holds the middle storage compartment - it works just fine and is easy to get at. Also lets you use a short grd wire.
Have been using a cleaned up seat bolt connection for a long time without any noise issues.
Another location on the passenger side behind the seat on the right wall next to where the amp would sit. Located midway up the panel behind the trim piece. Factory ground location, probably has a picture in the FAQ

That's the screw I'm talking about. Would you mind getting a pic of that for me?
Well, see the thing about that is that I already want one so it just won't help matters much. I'll be sure to post some finished pics up of everything next week. I'm going to ECS to have AR headers and a tune done. I don't know the brand headers on my car now and I don't like not knowing how its setup,so I'm getting that fixed. Lol
Sorry - no pictures because you need to pull up the carpeting in the "cargo bay" to get to the screw. I had to do this anyway, because I put down some Frost King insulation while I was running the wires and mounting the Amp.
