Please Help: Possible to remove CD's afterwards??
So I replaced the factory 6 disk changer with a Nav and realized after the fact that I have left some CD's in it. As you all know, the process of rehooking the unit back up to the car would be an absolute bear. I contacted the local GM service dept and they didnt have a way of getting to them. Anyone have any help/advice? I was thinking of taking it to Best Buy or something to see if they could hook up a power source to eject them. Any other back up/alternate ideas greatly appreciated!

The plug pinout for the big connector is HERE, you could use some alligator clips to connect +12vdc to pin B1 and ground to A12. Just remember that the radio pin numbers are backwards from the plug (as you're looking at the back of the radio, pin 1 is on the right). With constant power applied you should be able to eject the CD's. If that doesn't work, you'll have to plug it into the car harness to turn it on
