2000 Bose radio static problem

2000 Bose radio static problem
I have a 2000 model with bose, all of a sudden every time I step on the brake or turn on the blinker the radio will go to nothing but static, has anyone else had this happen and what can I do to fix it. It has never done this in the past, it just started.

That almost has to be a bad ground causing your issues. Check out this thread for some good info.
Radio is grounded at G201, I believe rear lights/brakes are all at G401, check both of those first. By 'check' I mean remove, clean both ends with a wire brush, then replace.
