Adjust your Bass and Trebel controls to go from all highs to all lows, if the problem is worse when you're listening to all highs then it's probably the 3.5" speaker. If static is present with the lows, it's the sub.
IIRC, door twiddlers in C5 have the same spade connections as aftermarket speakers. If anything you'd need this adapter, but I believe those are only needed for the rear speakers in C5.
To do more troubleshooting before spending any money you could swap the entire door speaker assembly from left to right to see if the problem moves over. If it does, then swap just the twiddlers. If it's a speaker, you'll know which one.

Good luck!
Thanks for the help. it was perfect
Just checked it. Unfortunately for my budget When I turn the Bass down and the Trebel up the static goes away. When I turn the Bass Up and Trebel down.
So is there a way to fix the Sub or do I just replace the hole unit?
There are lots of them collecting dust in garages. Start a new thread, here and/or in C5 parts section, titled something like "WTB: C5 door sub". Explain that you blew one of yours and are looking for a cheap replacement, you'll probably get one for not much more than the cost of shipping. Search "C5 door speaker" on ebay and some start at $20.
