I wish I could take care of you buddy, the only set I now have is in my Duramax with ID horns and they are incredible together, so much so it would be very hard to part with them. I have considered it to work with some upcoming new speakers but it would be without horns as horns need very serious midbass output to sound right.
Or, I keep the horns and go with some 8's I would have to research a bit on but then do the work to swap when I have a perfect setup as it is.
Thanks Rick, I just might pull the trigger on a set of XS69's from woofersetc before they start producing crap over there!..............I was able to get my hands on a set of CD2 COMP-MH's and this should be the last of what you recommended to me. I already have two 125.4's and two 500.1's, so the Amps are covered, just need to get the RAAM Mat and Ensolite from you, and start working cables. Thanks for all the help!
Make sure they actually have them, press them for a straight answer, before giving them any money.
I believe they were authorized sellers but not possitive, I know of at least one brand they advertised that did not come with a warranty and their prices quoted were hardly ever correct on ID.
I would know, I have the price sheets in front of me, retail was $429, MAP was $409. They show retail at $479 and their sale price at $429 which is right on my retail price sheet as retail
If this does not work out we can probably come up with some great 8's instead.
