recently bought a 94 coupe that has an aftermarket radio in it. i'm not much on audio equip in a car. to me, the look is more important than the sound. that said i'd like to get the correct, stock radio back into it. i am figuring that it had the bose unit in it with CD player. (bose gold).
seems i read that the late C4 should also have a separate amp in the car. in my case, there is no amp in the compartment behind the pass seat.
question is..... do i need to also buy an amp., if i want to go back to stock? many thanks for your input.
First try reading th C4 FAQ's at the top of the section.
To the OP, unless the car is a low mile NCRS show car, I would rethink going back to the orginal radio. If you look around, I am sure you can find a stock looking radio w/o all of the work to reinstall the factory radio.
Also, take a look at the C4's in the what to you run section.
