Bose speaker wiring help needed!

I am trying to re-install stock Bose speakers in my 97 C5. I have a question about the drivers side. Coming from what I believe is the signal proccessor are two orange and black wires and two green and black wires. Should these wires be tied together and then connected to the one black and orange and one black and green wire in the wiring harness? I sure hope that made sense!!!

C5 schematics and plug pinouts are available HERE

If you have more than one wire of each color you'll need to find the other end of that harness to see what the deal is
