Default what system are you running

Just wanted to hear what others are running in there car. I looking into aftermarket radio plus a 4 or 5 channel amp to run components in front and a 10 or 12 inch sub. Possibly back speakers also. I just dont know if I need the backs if not I could just run a 4 channel amp. I have looked in Bosten Acoustics SC60, Kicker RS65.2, and heard VIBe is good but needs a lot of power to them, then the amp cost goes up. I have heard people liking the JL audios, pioneers also. In 92 I had alpine 4x6s and pioner 4 way 6x9s with a 12 jlaudio sub and loved it, just so confused what to get.

The vibe black airs are rated rms at 5 or 600 RMS, and if your amp is not closed to that isnt that not the best? ill check out of the sticky.

I've replaced factory Bose speakers with JL components and added 2 JL 10w6 subs in a custom enclosure, with JL HD amps.

Kenwood DDX-712, Focal Solid 4 amp to the front speakers, Rockford Punch 6001bd to the sub woofer. Rockford Punch subwoofer (p3s). MB Quart 8", 4", and tweeter in the doors. Stock amp running the center and rear fill speakers. Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.2 processor tying everything together.

Overkill for most people, but at 80, with the top off, the music can play nice and clearly, on up to loud and clear!

polk audio pa1100.5 amp, polk audio 6.5 components in the front and 5.25 coax in the rear, sounds amazing, then 2 10" kenwood xw1000f shallow mounts in the back under the roof mounts
