New Stereo system from DDMods WOW!!
This past winter I decided on a new system for the vette. Heard so many great comments about Dennis I had to give it a go. What a super guy. Very pleasent, knowlegable, and excellent prices. It took a while to get the deck (new model) because of the Tsunami in Japan but I wasn't in a hurry anyways. It was going to be a spring time project (or maybe later and it was).
Got all the stuff and decided to make some changes. Not Dennis' fault but mine for being so thrifty (cheap). He made some recommendations and was very accomodating with the exchanges. I said I hope this isn't a hassle for you. His reply was, its my job is to keep you guys Happy. I'm was thoroughly impressed!
Heres the goodies:
948HD Kenwood deck
KAC8405 720w amp
ARC XD 6009 component spkrs (front)
FLI integrator 6 coaxial spkrs (rear)
Powerbase ASA 300x2 amp ( for subwoofer)
Kicker CVT 12" sub with box
How does it sound? ABSOLUTELY amazing. Ive listened to systems costing twice as much or more that don't sound as good as this one. Dennis ole boy your a great guy PERIOD!!
A good friend of mine, also a corvette owner and audiophile sat in my car and was just about speechless. Highs are bright without any harshness and the bass is solid with out being overdone. Overall sound quality is excellent. Sounds great on Jazz, Blues, and even tried some cLassical. As far as the old Bose system this blows it away big time. Thanks again Dennis, and I'm telling you guys DDmods is definetly the way to Go!!!! The service is outstanding.

I am looking very hard for a good installer in the Ft worth/Arlington/Mansfield TX area. Now.....congrats on the new system. There is nothing like a crystal clear sound that is spot on from the highs to lows. Its even better in a corvette.

I hadn't taken pics originally cause theres not a lot to see. The sub is a Stealth box and the only other thing is the head unit and 2 amps mounted on the inside rear panel. Will try to get some pics this weekend. This is not a Bling system, just AWESOME sounds!!!!!!!!
