Bose Question
This may be a stupid question, but.........
My dad's 91 convertible is having an issue with the passenger side front speaker. Now I was looking in the '91 GM service manual, and it says the speaker is in the door. After listening to his stereo, I would swear the speaker sounds like it is under the dash on the passenger side below the glove box. I don't see a grill for the speakers in the door like I do for my 88's front speaker's. Am I nuts?? Without ripping into the doors, it appears to me that there are no speakers in his doors. I'm confused.
Can anyone straighten me out?

In 91' they put the speakers in the frame rails,(down by your feet on the side behind the rectangle piece. They are in the same location on both sides so use your balance to go to the other side of the car and follow the noise.
