replace battery terminals?
I am not particularly happy with the GM battery terminals. The cam design is goofy and the terminals don't seem to clamp on the battery posts very well. My battery, as far as I could tell, does not accept side posts. I ended up powering my system from the remote power location in the engine bay fuse box. This may not be ideal. I was considering the Stinger HPM battery terminals with the LED voltage displace for the positive lead.
How many people replace the battery terminals with something aftermarket? Any downsides to replacing the stock battery terminals? Any reason not to replace the battery terminals?
