Ok ... I find the white wire (B3) coming out of the OEM harness that goes into the AOEM-GM13 connector. Then I just tap in a long wire from that B3 wire and run it back to my amp turn-on connector.
Just finished up. Those 2 blue and white wires that come out of each end of the AOEM-GM24 were not used at all in my install.
I don't know how any of this will effect others that are going to be using this particular PAC module, but if you are keeping your OEM radio (head unit) and just adding new speakers and an amp, you don't need to concern yourself with those 2 blue and white wires on the PAC Audio AOEM-GM24 unit.
Just find the white wire that is in your OEM radio wire harness (this harness will be attaching to the harness of the OEM-GM24) and strip some insulation off of it. Then attach a long 18 gauge wire to this and solder so it's a good connection. Then just run that wire back to your aftermarket amp to the connection that accepts the "turn-on wire".
After that .... your blood pressure will go down about 50 points, and you will have a smile on your face!
Anyway ... A BIG round of applause goes out to Mark for telling me to just pretend those 2 blue and white wires don't exist in my world.
And this info was contrary to what the so-called "expert" from PAC Audio told me over the phone!
The PAC blue wires can be made to work as advertised if you hook them up correctly, it just happens that they aren't really needed if you know how the specific car that you're messing with works
It's nice we have folks like you on this message board that are well versed in certain areas (Corvette audio in your case) that are willing to share there knowledge with others that obviously "don't have a clue" like myself.
Sincerely,
Ron

Oh and by the way ... I re-routed my door speaker wires so they go completely through that accordian looking rubber ducting so it don't look like an amateur did the install ... again, thank's to the folks here that told me the correct way to run those wires out of the door and into the interior of the car.

kedar ... I didn't remove the stock amp. I have the standard non-Bose audio system. The radio is a Delco unit. I was thinking that the OEM amp is actually part of the radio (HU).
Actually, my project is not finished. Tonight the UPS guy just came with my FatMat. I want to install this in the interior of the door skin before installing the door speakers (Focal PS 165).
Other than that, everything else is all done.
I haven't disconnected that horrible center dash speaker yet, but after I install the door speakers, I will disconnect it.
Hey ... at least I get sound out of my sub and my rear speakers now. That was my biggest problem during this whole install.
I can tell you one thing .. If I had to do another car exactly like mine ... it would go at a speed about 80% faster than this project has taken me.
