Connecting speaker wires, would you be able to hear any difference?

Default Connecting speaker wires, would you be able to hear any difference?

All wires are 16-gauge. On the driver side, one piece of wire from speaker to amp. On passenger side, had to make a butt connection to get enough length for the whole run. Should I expect to hear any difference in sound quality?

No, as long as you have a solid butt connection you should be fine
