New head unit in 94 c4/ sys problem
I have read countless posts on this subject but i still have a couple of questions. First off my car is a 94 c4. It had the delco cassete only not the bose system. I installed a new sony head unit using the crutchfield harness. It looks and sounds great but i now have the flashing sys. I am yet to see anyone else complain that did not have the bose system. I pulled up my wireing diagram and it appears that the two wires i am looking for are the red/white and a orange. These should be on a connector that was hooked to the old head unit?
They willthen each get hooked to a resistor and the other end of the resistor will go to the switched power?
Last, the person that did the setup will go back in on monday, as it is now with the sys flashing, this will not harm anything or drain the battery, only drive me nuts with the flashing sys?
