Bluetooth whine question
I installed an AirCast bluetooth receiver that plugs directly into the RCA inputs on my head unit. I get a strange whine from the passenger front speaker whenever my Droid Bionic is near the climate control, regardless of whether it is plugged in to the mount. The whine does not change with volume adjustments. The Droid mount is installed in place of the old head unit, and can power the phone. It occurs any time the phone is in proximity to the climate control, and does not occur when the phone is in my pocket, or anywhere else in the car, for that matter. Is there some sort of interference that can be caused by the climate control? If so, any recommendations to blocking this?
