Avic-f900bt

My nav unit has the dreaded "loading" screen and keeps re-booting. I tried doing a firmware update, but it crashes halfway through the loading.

Need help!

Lots of great info... but since megaupload was shut down by the feds all the links to the files I need are gone.

After a few hours of firmware and software updates, no progress. I'm not spending any more time on this thing. Time for a new one. Any suggestions?

I have a avic f90bt for sale here on the board. PM me if you are interested. All cables should just be plug and play. I've never had any loading problems with it or anything like that. It just needs a new ipod cable.

I remained dedicated to repairing my unit. And after several hours was successful. Saved me $250.
