Run the RCA cables as far away from the power cables as you can, in most cars, with the big tunnels in the Vette probably not as critical.
If you ever do an install where the RCA and power cables have to cross over each other make it 90 degrees.

What is the planned location for your amp(s)? I have a few diagrams of the car sketched out I used to plan my system I'd be happy to modify for you.
