6 disc changers

6 disc changers
i can't seem to find the right info so here are some simple questions.
are all factory in dash C6 6 disc changers units bose?
if so, then i assume none should work in a non-bose '07. is that just due to amp/power delivery issues?
if they are not all bose, how do you tell the difference between the two?
absolute facts will be greatly appreciated. i've already been through all the "it should work" kind of stuff.

I bought a gently used 2009 3lt back in June. It had the stock 6 disk changer and I had a Pioneer AVIC Z130 NAV System installed. I checked out the unit that I took out and it is a Denso unit. The speakers are Blose. Hope this helps, I thought the head unit was Blose---e

that's the kind of thing i've been running into. i keep thinking the unit should say bose somewhere on it. maybe it's only the speakers that are bose and the same headunit is used. or maybe the output is different between the two but they look the same.
