Need a little help with OHMS
◦4 ohms: 500 watts x 1 channels
◦2 ohms: 1000 watts x 1 channels
◦1 ohm: 1500 watts x 1 channels
1 ohm mono stable.
I am getting a Pioneer sub today, model TS-W3002 which comes in either of the following:
2 ohms x 2 or
4 ohms x 2.
What would be the best sub to get, dual 4 ohm voice coils or dual 2 ohm voice coils?
The sub is rated 1000 watts RMS & 3500 watts peak and I want it to bang. It's going to be in a sealed box; 1 ft^3. Thank you for your help, it's greatly appreciated.
duel 4, will wire to 2 ohm, so 1000watts which will be perfect and amp will run cooler

Sub is rated for 1000 rms, so dual 4's is perfect if you wire in parallel.
