05 Nav Firmware update?

05 Nav Firmware update?
Ok, I got the files from the FAQ sticky.
I want to make sure I do this right. I just burn the file from the Disk 1 folder (LOADING.KWI) to a CD and the two files from Disk 2 to a separate CD? Is there a certain kind of disc I need or can I just use any CD-R or does it need to be a DVD since the instructions say to use the DVD drive to load these?
These are the files I have. I'm wondering why that one in Disk 2 folder is zero KB?
I'm just hoping I don't try this and end up with a non functional HU.

I did this 2 years ago when I bought my 2005. Just followed the directions. Used a name brand CD-R. Don't remember the specifics other than it took awhile, but it worked and made huge improvements. Fixed static and allowed me to play mp3's. Just follow the directions and you'll have no worries.

I have an '05 as well. Instructions from the FAQ Didn't work for me. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the screen to say updating nav, and then another 10 minutes waiting for the screen to go blank. Instead, I just watched the corvette logo.
I tried CD-R and DVD-R for both disk1 and disk2.iso.
