Speaker Size 1994 C4 Coupe
What is the speaker size in the front and rear. I have a Gold Bose system and Im in the middle of changing it all out. I need to know what will fit in the space an what type of modifcations have to be done to make them fit. Also if anyone have pics and equipment ideas.

5.25" front. Can be modified to fit 6.5" easily. 6x9 rear.

I'm attempting to make the same mod to my '94 Coupe - had the rear speaker grills off and the stock speakers are 6.5" ROUND - not 6x9 ovals. I checked with Crutchfiled's site for replacement speakers that would fit the 94 and they indicate that they don't handle a direct replacement for 94' Gold Bose systems. Guess we're still looking. I think the information on the fronts speakers is correct but I'm not sure if there are any direct replacements out there. Is there anyone out there that has accomplished this search and made a successful swap? TIA

I think the size of the speakers depends on whether or not you have the Bose option or not. I'm gonna check mine myself this weekend to see which size I have because I too have read different size numbers on this forum.
