Amp Wiring from battery

What is the easiest way to run the amp wire through the firewall? Im trying to make it to the trunk with no wires showing at all

IMO, through the firewall grommet (behind the battery) Under the passenger side door sill, along the passenger side wall using the existing wire-mounts.

Removing the sill panel, pillar panel and rear speaker panel make things a lot easier. Depending on what gauge wire you a running, you might have to anyway. Also, depends how far back you are running the wire in the trunk as to which panels may need to come off.

Where is the best place to ground the amp? Im not finding any good places in the trunk

Passenger side door pillar has a bolt that serves as a ground. You have to remove the trim panel to access it.
