C6 nab update .. car turned off now nav won't function
Hello - I found a forum which allowed for mp3s to played on the 2005 corvette and now that i installed it, the first disk installed fine, i inserted the second disk and nothing happened nav. went dead and hasn't turned back on since. i even attempted to disconnect battery for 60 sec....
Is there anything i can do or did the nav. system just blow up?
Any help would be appreciated?

What is the "it" you installed to play the MP3s?

I followed the instructions from the following and did the update.
The first disk worked fine and it updated. The second disc, however, did not work. It crashes the system and now it will not turn on. I checked the fuses, tried resetting battery. It seems hard to believe a CD could simply dust my head unit.. It was in accessory mode.
The car is an 05 as this is for etc.
I' have tried everything I drove it around for a while hoping it would reset with time.. Nothing.
I'm guessing I need to call GM - and they will tell me the HU is toast. I just bought this car two weeks ago and now its already giving me problems... I did buy some warrantee hopefully hopefully this will be covered? (Guy puts CD into HU ... HU crashes)
Any suggestions would be appreciated again, I feel like someone else has had to have this happen..
