98 bose door speakers
my 98 roadster door woofer speakers are getting worse all the time. I understand they deteriorate over time. I don't want to change the bose head unit. what is best replacement. i have available used speakers from various year cars, I know later models would probably, all things been considered, would be best. will 2004 door speakers work?

You can check out some latest stuff from BOSE that are available as a generic audio peripherals. They might work in your car. Is bloupunkt really competitor for Bose ?

I have a full set of Bose Speakers out of my 2001 if you still need them, even upgraded the "Twiddlers " to the Polk db351's, they sounded really good and are in great shape. $100.00 + Shipping
