1972 Corvette Pioneer Headeck
Just imported my 72 Corvette to NZ after 4 months of waiting. I've tried to get the Pioneer stereo going by fiddling around but nothing turns on in the head deck. It is the standard pioneer head deck with cassette player. I was wondering if there a simple way of trying to turn this on before I purchase a new one.

I found this with a quick internet search. Check the one in your car to verify you have a good ground on one wire, constant battery +12v on another, and switched +12v on the third. If power wires are good, it's prob the radio itself.
