Kenwood Bluetooth update probems
I have a Kenwood 9140 HU. I have recently successfully updated the Kenwood firmware but when I tried to update the Bluetooth software I failed. I had downloaded the update and the installer to a DVD and when I inserted it into the player it just gave me a waiting screen and never went any further. Any help will be appreciated.
I am hoping the update will cure a problem I have when I plug my iphone into the system. It will start playing my music and then will suddenly mute the system and the only way to get sound back is to unplug my phone and then plug it back in. I have been told that this is because of Bluetooth.
